Intek Tornado 4500 roger beep

Buddy picked this up from a local guy. There is no switch for the roger beep. How can it be disabled?

Also, will clipping D80 give it talkback?

Hmmm; looks like a Superstar 360FM; but I could be wrong.
Try clipping J9 and see. . .
