I am out of IRF520's and need to order more. Looking at mouser they have 3 different ratings. All are 100 Volt but there are 3 different amp ratings,14 Amp, 9.7 Amp and 9.2 Amp. will one work better that the other or is one better that the others?
After looking at a RF Parts data sheet I am thinking factory uses the 100V 9.2A?

Check Alltronics

In the search bar type "Power FET" and it takes you to pages of high amperage fet's.
I will point out putting a 60 amp mosfet in a device not setup for that level power will not be a good thing. The support circuits might not be strong enough, ie: circuit board traces, inductors, etc.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
