In my Anytone AT-5555N2 I see four IRF520s. One has N16K stamped on it, one has N17K and two have no markings. I have some other new ones from Vishay that are stamped N26K that I bought from Digi-key.com several months ago.
Is there a reason Anytone would have three differently-stamped 520s or is it just a matter of what they can source for the best price?
