Is Cb. Tricks gone for real this time?

Just tried looking something up in the radio section of Cb Tricks and you can get to the content but when you click in to certain pages it says content is gone. There are are a few others out there Cb Tricks XYZ and etc. but none of those work. Is it gone for real this time?

I know they are on the fence now, but I do have multiple copies on DVD of the site. I know it was back when, and there has been (maybe) a ton to be added, but I do have the DVD sets. I was, back then, a donating member.

I've got the discs but they are from 2009ish so the newer info isn't there.

The newer Stryker, Magnum or Top Gun info isn't all there and could be needed in the future.

The forum though, it was loaded.
