"spectral purity"?

Spectral purity is a quantification of the monochromaticity of a given light sample. This is a particularly important parameter in areas like laser operation and time measurement. Spectral purity is given by:

Spectral purity is easier to achieve in devices that generate visible and ultraviolet light, since higher frequency light results in greater spectral purity.

A brain is a terrible thing to waste and he just proved it.

JK, I know it applies to more than the visible spectrum. You just have to read his posts to appreciate it.

Oh come on now. You know that uppity Hams use the term 'Spectral Purity' merely as a metaphor to look down their noses at CB operators that use 'splatter boxes'.

You know; they still think that we say 'good buddy' like in the movies.
But I still do like cat fish, collard greens, and hush puppies; that part is true . . .

this is a sure sign someone thinks their shit don't stink

"Rationalizing illegal activities is to say the very least morally bankrupt.
If people have no respect for the law then why should they expect the police to respect their rights?

Anybody who defends the activities of CB'ers illegal or otherwise should go back where they came from, they obviously are not the caliber of intellect and are lacking the moral fiber necessary to function as a well adjusted adult in mainstream society."

i think someone is still mad about their lunch money being taken in school .....

Everyone should just chill like this ham operator

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
