I have a jo gunn 3 star and on my flatside my swr is a 2.0. but when it rains the swr goes down to a 1.1. the vertical is a 1.1 all the time. i have check everyinh i could think of anyone got any ideas

@ AWP:Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
