Just thought I'd share this with all you folks.Wanna see a true k-mart blue light special microphone?I made this from a real k-mart blue light. It has the head of a d-104,the amp board is from a turner hand mic and is switched by a 12v relay controlled by an old computer game joystick.I put 12v lights inside that light up when you key.Really sounds loud and clear.Even put a rotary pot volume control on it.Too much time on my hands!

I did some remodeling work at a mall and they had some of these lights they were gonna throw out so I kept them. They originally had flourescent bulbs in them which I removed.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
