This is a GREAT little radio.144 & 220 are handy and 440 if you need it. GREAT little shortwave receiver too.

Icom IC-91AD is likely the very best HT out there
if you want to also be able to listen to shortwave

by me 2 meter and 220 are nearly dead bands
440 band is always jumping in nyc metro area

Do yourself a favor
Icom T90A is a Excellent HT

if not for the DStar
I would scrap the IC91AD (since i am not into using HT's for shortwave)

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
