Can anyone tell me about this radio? Can it be modded for 11 meters and such? What does it look like? I saw a used one listed for 199.95 with the manual, mic and power supply.

There is a picture and specs.It was made between 1972-1975 and should be able to be modded for 11 meters by changing out the crystals in the 10m positions.It has a pair of 6LQ6's in the finals as well as a tube driver.Sorry no more info..

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
