Kenwood TS590S and WSJT-X issue

Has anyone here successfully setup a TS590S to work with WSJT-X? I have everything setup, I am able to decode signal, but I can not transmit. The software will engage the transmitter but no modulation.....
My friend has a TS590SG and his works fine, we have copied all of his settings.
