Nope - the CIA/U.S. Navy! Gee nice to see we have sunk so low, hope people remember this next time some construction contractors get beheaded or God forbid Iraqi insurgents capture some of our women NG and make a video showing them being beaten, tortured and raped repeatedly. There is NO sane justification for this in a civilized Republic.!
