Sure; use a test-grade freq counter.
The output level will be another thing to solve; needs a step attenuator, a DVM, and some math skills . . .

I figured out a easier way....there is a set screw on the pointer.....I used a digital read-out boom box....set it on AM and tuned the rf signal generator until it was coming over the radio....I then moved the pointer to that freq and tightened the set screw.
