If it is the Blk desk mic that looks like a Turner desk mic and requires a 9-volt battery, then it is a turner +3 desk mic. Turner mic co. when in business back in the days made them for Lafayette Radio Electronics. the mic is a Turner with the Lafayette name on it, so wire it up like it was a turner mic.
