Lemm AT107 problem.

Good morning
I have a problem with the LemmAT107 abten and any other 5/8. My building is about 8 m. If I raise the aluminum mast, the TX/RX deteriorates. Works best on a 2 m pole and worst around 8-9 m. SWR is ok. As a hint, as I take off the radials and lengthen the antennas, it definitely improves. What could be the reason?

5/8 has to have a good ground plane. I'd guess you're not getting it even with the radials. Do you have an analyzer
