Lets try:Need power mod:Realistic TRC-492: Getting closer

I need a power mod for a Realistic TRC-492. I have a friend out west who has one that keys up 3 watts and swing 50 watts and I would like mine to do about the same. He had his done so asking him for help is out of the question. Thanks in advance. So far I've found out that power adjustment is t-11 and L3. I also found out that Q12 also has something to do with power, just wondering if I remove it or do I have to replace or jump it somehow.
