license for 10 meter

Thinking about trying for a ham license. What type of license would i need for 10 & 12 meter ? Would that be a tech or general license, how much does it cost ? And is there a place where you can study online for the test. Thank you for your help.

If you don't know it, Start studying Morse code also. You will need to pass that test also.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/wink.gif ALT=";)">
