I have seen on several website that the operator has his logs on his website for anyone to do a search and find out if they are in the log

Can anyone point me toward the place where I can get this software so I can incorporate it in my website

I am looking for a logging program. Which one do you recommend? Before I start downloading. They don't describe the programs.
