If anyone has it...looking all over online and finding service manuals for a lot of rad shack cb's..just not this one.
 

Well I emailed Rad Shack. Somehow I get the feeling they're "not going to have it", or they'll just not be willing to provide it.

And just as I suspected "service manuals are not available".
