Hello...I just bought a super nice looking and running bone stock 201A. I would like to lower the the dead key to about 2-3 watts so I can safely run my little scout modulator. I know these radios are fussy so I want to make sure this won't hurt anything or if there is anything that should be changed to do this.
I also need the vfo mod done to help preserve the life of the channel selector as well, but that's another thread.
Thanks, Wayne.

PS: I bought this radio because FreeCell stole my Robyn T-240D.
