I have a matched pair of NOS Toshiba 2SC2879 Red Dot's I bought from RF Parts in around 2008, when I started to work on radios and amplifiers, until one of the local AM Idiots pissed me off, and I closed back down. Still in the bag and still stapled from RFP.
I also have a matched quad set of SD1446's, from same place, same time frame. And 3 parts of a 2nd set of matched quad's same lot as the full set, same beta, same everything. I can't remember where I put the 4th transistor of the 2nd set, though. I will take pics tomorrow, if interested.
