Does anyone know what the plate voltage is on a maco 750? i have a sweep tube version of the golden falcon that needs a plate transformer. i found a maco with a large plate transformer that may support a 1.0 amps but i dont know the voltage.

Ususally the rectified DC on a 750 is 925 to 1050. Some of the transformers were hotter than the others............depending on the production era I guess. The older blue Macos normally were in the 950 or so range.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
