Should a MACO M-103C 3 ELEMENT CB RADIO BEAM ANTENNA be mounted on a tower or can you mount it on a tri-pod on your roof?

A tower is preferred if you have one but a tripod roof mount is quite all right just make sure you install the tripod the proper way. Hams have installed much larger antennas on roof tripods without a problem as long as the tripod was installed properly.
