MAGNUM 1012 and CHEROKEE AH-100 DIFFERENCES ?

Hey I have a question for my friends out there ? Is the Magnum 1012 handheld unit the exact same internally as the Cherokee AH-100 ? And I need documents that prove either way please ...

However, I own the Magnum 1012 and love it but I do know the 1012 has FM where as the AH-100 does NOT.

If one has FM and the other does not, then no, they are not the same internally.
