Magnum 257

How do you convert this radio to 11 meters??

I am impressed i emailed RF Limited asking about a tune-up on the 257 and they Emailed me back I mean the owner himself and said. They dont need a tune up they are Hot Rods right out of the box!!!

That is what i call Customer Service..

I recently purchased the MAG 257......Now this is a radio !!

I love mine ...Happy Valentines Day to me ! SSB is stable & this thing rocks on AM too . I was able to make a 52 mile local contact with my first keydown.
After I get used to this , I think I could use it in a big rig too. I wasn't too sure at first but, I think it's easy to operate. How do you guys prefer to operate the RF power? Do most of you use a low key w/ big swing or DK to 10 watts ??
