Are these radios any good .I think I can pick one up used that is in great shape.The guy wants $250. but I think I can get it for $200.

they are only $229 brand new (these are the improved ones). iwouldnt give him more that $125 for it.

Don't waste your money on one. I had 2 and they both had the same problem, to much noise in the receive but other than that i had no complaints. If you are willing to spend $250.00 and you want that type of radio then go buy a RCI 2950 DX. From what i keep hearing they are one of the best radios on the market today.

I love my Delta Force, best radio I have ever had. I would however skip it for 250, you probably want to be in the 125-175 range.
