Can someone tell me where I can tap into 8v on transmit on a rci-2950 radio? I am installing the magnum sx-175 on it and need a 8v transmit source. Thank you....

you find out post back. i gotta old 2950 thinking about putting a rfx -150 on it.

Hey hotrod, The sx-175 is a complete cabinet with top and bottom covers. You remove your stock covers and install the new magnum covers. The magnum covers have magnum on top cover and bottom cover has the heatsink and amp board built into it. Looks very cool when done. The rfx-150 mounts on back of radio. The L38 is for the 3600 boards the 2950 has the ept295013z board don't know if that would work the same. On the 2950 it is marked L40 instead of L38. Maybe someone will come in here soon and figure this out for us.
