Well I had some adapter boards that I was able to shift pins 17-9 I grounded pin 6 and then a 5.1 resistor from pin 17 to ground and then the toggle to 5v plugged into a washington and nothing. I made sure of all my shifting of pins and pin g and 17 and got nothing. So im back at the drawing board still checking.
