Meter Light

Meter light in my Galaxy 959 burned out anyone know what to use for replacement size and volts or got a link to a replacement

I like to replace with the bright white kind if posible.

Well good luck with that. The big square Galaxy meter assemblies are built on a circuit board and none of it is easy to get to.

What you can do is string up a white LED and position it behind the meter assembly. The back of the meter assembly is opaque plastic and a new light will shine through the plastic and light the meter up just fine. A local friend did just that recently and it works well. You can hold the LED or bulb in place by strapping it to nearby wires with a rip tie or piece of black tape ect....
