On my MFJ-207 I cannot tune the entire band of either the 40 or 20 meters. I use a small battery-operated Freq counter (plugged into MFJ-207) and the coverage is missing 7.200 to 7.370 and 14.100 to 14.600. Almost mathematical, right? Both the 40 and 20 bands are at the edge of the dial's mechanical coverage being split between 2 ranges. Was it designed like this or can it be adjusted?
