Mfj antenna tuner

I recently moved my bench around to make room for my tools, noticed my swr is almost at 5, I do have mfj antenna tuner mobile connected to my dipole could the tuner gone bad ?

More likely a dodgy patch lead.

I redid my connections it did help a little I have a feeling the mfj is no good.
