if its a 4 pin like those you allready have why not rewire the radio to match cobra so every mic works from now on?
if you have a junked radio with a four pin mike plug mounted in it and an extra mic cord end you can make your own, midland mic wiring is exactly opposite as cobras, just get the wires right.
