Need to know if the Midland mic wiring is same as the Cobra/Galaxy, noticed it is a 4 pin.

THANKS

DOCTOR/795

No Midland is different than the standard 4 pin uniden. Midland has 2 different 4 pin wirings depending what radio you have. Let me know what radio you have I can help you wire the mic that you want to it.

Most 4 pin midlands are wired this way

Pin 1: Audio
Pin 2: Shield / Switching
Pin 3: Receive
Pin 4: Transmit

use the configuration thats been listed if it doesnt work try thry the second wiring and just swith the transmit and recieve wires around but I bet its the wiring lsted above.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
