A few pics of my NOS Antenna Specialists Mighty Magnum 3. Flat across the band and talking skip across the pond 15 feet off the ground with 100 whiskeys.
Have to be careful, these will fry with around 300 watts.

Good to see one Classic antenna like that. I had the bigger one , the Super Magnum. That was my first CB antenna way back 1989. I rescued it from an abandoned building. By that time I had a VW Beetle. I had to struggle to fit it inside the VW because of the radials .

Great story Alexis! The MM3 Was my first base antenna back in the late 70’s.
I bought this one brand new in the box about 10 years ago and just started using it recently.
I love the old classics.
