Missing four on 8719 pll

Came by an older 148gtl that I like and it has been channeled with the uppers on the nb anl switch but doesn't have 41.5--44.5. Is this easy to add or do I have to change existing arrangement?

Confused and looking for help!!!!!!!!

cut the trace going to pin 13 of the PLL, check channels 30 and up, whalla..magic. Don't forget to put a switch in lind with the contacts, to get the normal 40 back.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
