Most of the originals were OMRON.
Some are...MHE402PG-UA-DC6 2A28VDC/120VAC
Another OMRON...MHE405PG-UA-DC6 5A28VDC/120VAC
Have also seen Magnecraft... W67CSX-6 NOM VOLTS:6 RES OHMS:52 CONT RATING:3A
