I want to run a 2x6 pill with 120 amp draw in my Suburban. If I install a 275 amp alternator in place of my stock alt. and use two 12 volt batteries (total) in parallel for a 12 volt system, would this handle the load, plus my regular vehicle system? what's the lowest amp alt. I could use for this? 200 maybe?

They say you should have at least an extra 30 amps for the vehicle so in your case you should be fine. The alternator should do the job no problem.

275 amp alt and two batts is good. I'd go with Optima Yellow Top Batts, they are a wee bit pricey.
