Moorea Island -11 meter

Just a couple today into the French Polynesia area.
Nicolas, was on the island of Moorea.

Good signals 5/7 both ways with just the basic 85 watts on my end.

Moorea Island is located 11 miles from Tahiti.

Good stuff Larry. I really envy you west coast guys with the great Pacific DX.

BTW I used to go to school for many years with a girl named Moorea. Guess where she was from? Yep Moorea island. She moved here when she was just about to start school.

No seriously I was being truthful about Moorea. Beetle and I both share a great interest in geography I believe. We have both also been up many late nights waiting to catch that rare one even if it was just to get a 59 hpe 2 c u agn. I guess in Beetle's case it would be a 599.
