Yes, but you will need the software plus an interface cable to reprogram them on your computer. Most people in possession of these won’t bother with that difficulty and expense. I’d check with your local Motorola dealer to find out how much they would charge. Also there’s both UHF and VHF versions of these. The VHF versions are better if you want them programmed on any of the license free MURS simplex frequencies.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
