Mounting a Predator 10K

Let's say if I bought a Predator 10K and let's say that I mounted it on top of my tool box behind the cab, how far above the cab of my truck would the coil have be? How far away from the cab would it have to be also? Which one of the Predator 10K's would you recommend? Would I also have to run a ground from the frame to the mount?

The coil needs to be 12'' or so above the roof line and the shaft 12'' away from the back of the cab and bonding of all body parts is always a good idea.

The 27'' shaft is a good choice for this instillation.
