MS119 SUPER SCANNER ?


I can understand replacing the relays, but why not try it before you do? There are several things you might learn from it's performance (non-performance). Sometimes, a good cleaning is all an old relay needs. And age is a factor in the coax cabling used, that can get 'odd' too.

Is yours a 2 relay box or a 3 relay box?? Although relays can go "bad" or hit by lightning . It is much more common for the coax to degrade and need replacement. I have two replacement relays, I was saving for the next rebuild of a super scanner. It is a hobby of mine and I usually have one or two for sale...

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
