I have a 10 amp,23 amp and a 45 amp power supplies. My question is can the outputs all be tied together in paralell and run into one terminal block?

Not really. If you have two Megawatt power supplies and a diode isolater you could.
Tell us more about using a Diode Isolater please. I have paired the Megawatt's together without one and the Youtube videos pairing them up doesn't mention these either but I am interested in your comment.

They are the same as battery isolators used in RV battery systems. use the search function and you might even find a wiring diagrams of this issue.
The purpose is to keep one power supplying all of the power while the other loafs. Without one supply will always push more than the other. Megawatts John Marlow is the one who told me of this.
I have treated the supplies badly and over worked them and no problems.
