My Kenwood TS-440 bites when keyed

does it only do this on 14mhz?

I know that it happens on the dummy load as well as the antenna, but i am wondering if your station ground wire could be at one of those particularly bad lengths for this band?

    Hello I have a old school 2950 receives great on all modes and transmits great on AM but no transmit on SSB. Does anyone have any idea?
