4040, I dont know what antenna you were running the other day on .555, but you sounded good into Michigan sir! We did make the hook up once again from the mobile an I heard it on the gate.
Not bad 65 miles on that new antenna, that's the first time I have heard you down here from your house.
If in fact it is the Gain Master, I put mine up a couple of weekends ago and I have gotten nothing but compliments! It is preforming much better than other people antennas in my area. Just running a Cobra 148 GTL for the base right now, it's been tuned but that is it. I am constantly told that I am 1 to 2 S units better than other in my area. I am very pleased with it.
