You dont need to wory about that when you order from the big 3 electronics suppliers. Mouser, digikey, jameco, as well as surplus sales, electronics surplus and many others. When you buy on ebay, amazon, small not well known, small stock companies etc is when you run into trouble. Why buy cheap crap from these places anyway.
