I need a volume pot/on-off switch for a Cobra 146 GTL. I'd prefer a whole parts radio, but just the pot will do. Give me a PM and we can work out the price, shipping, etc . . .

hey robb, what you're looking for is a 50K ohm pot with a switch included.

its a pretty common value on older cobras for the volume control, so if you have an old 29LTD you might find one there.

if you dont have a radio handy to pull one from, i do have one sitting right here that you can have.

just PM me your address and ill send it out.
maybe we can trade for a few 2SC2999e's?

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
