need help finding led for cobra 21ltd

I cant seem to find an led channel display for this radio! the part number is ltd482gc. anyone know where I could find it?
 

just the lcd readout? or the wole selector assembly. thE display should be standard as most radios use the saME
 
just the dual seven segment LED. the problem is that the display is a common annode but I believe it is only a 6 volt instead of 12v like galaxies connex's and other cobras

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
