Need ideas for organizing common resistors.

I need to order another set and I want to keep them organized, easy to access. Suitable for storage as my work area is small. I end up losing too many and they easily disorganized. Anyone try a Loose-leaf binder? What do the Techs here use?

The binder, that sounds like a great idea, maybe you can get inserts with pockets like a baseball card collection.

I use similar bins as well. I have a cabinet with bins for 2879 and similar amps with all the repair parts in them and labeled. I also have a cabinet for the Ameritron tube amp parts as well as a bin for their solid state amps. Another cabinet for all the popular range of caps and resistors for generic whatever repairs. Then the unpopular stuff is just in a box under the bench with them put in zipper bags from such range to such range.

I keep them in labeled baggies, ascending values, in a latching case with adjustable compartments.

Not the best but it has worked well for me, until now. I'm seriously thinking of a binder now.

Thanks for the suggestions, all.

I use ziplocks for the specialty and large resistors (NI, ww, >1W, etc) and keep'em in a small box. I'm going to explore the 3-ring binder approach. I've seen Jewelry stored like that.

Ran across this, has a flap to keep the parts in and has more room inside the pockets compared to a baseball card page. Kinda expensive though.
