Need info on a Marine radio

Over on a 4x4 truck fourm theres a discussion about waterproof CBs...The only one I can think of was the one that Rat Shack used to make...

Who make a Marine radio that has the CB freqs????..Or who makes a water proof radio???

If a radio is certified (type accepted) for one service, it's unlikely it'll be certifiable for another.
