Need Help ID'ing Early Export Base

Friend has snagged an early export base with no markings. Trying to help him I.D. it. Have pic but it's too large and the site won't accept it. I don't have any graphics manipulation software.

Can anyone volunteer to let me send you the pic, resize it so the site will take it and post it back on here? Would be greatly appreciated. Site max is 640 x 640

PM me your email addy

Thanks

This is an interesting looking radio for sure.

Begs another question. What and when was the 1st Export Base made?

Alright, let's see if this worked

Okay, it may have replacement knobs...these look jeweled.

Has band switch A-F, All mode left to right is CW, LSB, USB, AM, FM

Has dual clarifier ~ Fine / Course

4 buttons on bottom are

1)ANL NB top, botton ON/OFF
2) RF Power Hi, top, bottom Normal
3) TR (transceiver ?) top, bottom PA
4) Yellow button has two circular markings on top, nothing below

Store the image on a site like imageshack and it will resize it for you if you want. The option is there.

I use Irfanview. It works great, is free, and will do batch resizing. IrfanView - Download

Thanks Captain, Yeah I have Irfanview. I can resize the image on my screen no problem but I can't figure out how to SAVE the new sized pic for sending or reuse.

Thanks

Used imageshack...will keep that one

Well...the pic is big enough to recognize it if you know what it is. If anyone can capture this pic and blow it up for us...by all means go for it.

After resizing click in the upper left corner on "File" and then select either "Save" or "Save As" depending on what you want to do.

Thanks Captain...I hate learning new software without a friggin' manual

Maybe this will work. Y'all see if you can open it. Is closer-up pic

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
