Need second opinion on product description

When reading the product description on the Sirio Performer 5000 PL on the linked page, does it not say that the 4 meter RG-58 cable is supplied standard? Even at the bottom of the page under mechanical data, it states standard cable 4 meter RG-58 for 600 watts. Then it recommends RG-303 for higher power.

i see that on the dnj radio site it says that it comes "standardly supplied". the H&Y site dosent list the PL model as comming with any type of mount. and on the sirio site it says "PL version: not supplied".

contact dnj and ask them why that are listing it as comming with a mount. when in fact it dosent.

Well anyways, I ain't getting no cable. DNJ Radio says that his webpage description is a cut and paste from Sirio, and that Italian to English translation is confusing, LOL.

He wanted me to return it for a refund. I ain't got time to hassle with stuff like that. I told him that I would just buy my own cable.

i know it is frustrating. come tomorrow morning im going to have to call H&Y. they claim that "they will not be undersold". stating that if you find it cheaper they will match the price and send you a free gift. well... i paid 83 bucks for my turbo 5000 and dnj has it for 59 bucks. wondering if they will put their money where their mouth is? i have a feeling that they will try to welch out on it...but going to bring it to their attention anyway.

actually, it doesn't say they COME supplied with anything,.....
usage of the word "standard" in the context of this ad strongly implies that the BUYER of the product should comply with the STANDARD (aka: industry accepted) type coax. op:

well i called them today and brought it to their attention and they honored their statement. so i got the sirio turbo 5000 for $59.00 plus a free gift.

this is not what i was expecting. they made good on it.

add: I've never dealt with them,.... and just looked @ their site,.... some of the prices I checked do seem good, 'specially on certain coax spools

Can you pay close attention to the rubber seal and how it meets the base. I am beginning to think it will not seal very well.

i already checked it. we just a couple days of very intense rain. and it is bone dry. i have it tightened down pretty good.
